2. Information
 

  • Information about the videos and the price, stated by the seller, are mandatory except for obvious errors. Prices are presented include all taxes ( eg . VAT) and duties..
  • Information about the accepted forms of payment are listed here. The seller does not require any fees depending on the payment method.
  • Confirmation of the contract concluded in a form other than writing, which shows a deviation from the actual content of a negotiated agreement, has no legal effect.

 

3. Delivery of Ordered Videos

  • The seller delivers the complete videos to the buyer in a matter of minutes, not later than 2 days after order confirmation. The buyer is obliged to accept the ordered videos and pay them.
  • The seller sends the goods bill, especially tax document, to the buyer immediately after receipt of the videos within two days of receipt of goods by the consumer.


4. Withdrawal from the Contract

  • The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of digital content, if not supplied on a tangible medium. The reason is unprovability that the customer use goods no longer, even though he wants to withdraw from the contract.

 

5. Protection of Personal Data

  • The buyer agrees that provided personal data has been processed and stored by the seller in accordance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Data ( no. 101/2000 Coll.) in order to fulfill the contract. The buyer has the right to be informed of what information the seller registers and he is entitled to change the data, or he can oppose it in written form. The Office for Personal Data practises supervision over the protection of personal data.
  • The seller agrees to withhold the buyer´s personal information to any third subjects.
  • The seller allows purchase without registration and data of unregistered buyers uses exclusively for the performance of a contract, not for marketing and commercial purposes.
  • The seller is entitled to send their own marketing messages to the buyer only if he actively requests it, and only until the buyer notifies that he wants to stop sending.
  • The buyer may make this communication to the email address given in connection with the performance of the contract, without thereby incurring any costs.

 

6. Dispute Resolution

  • The seller agrees to first seek the out-of-court settlement of disputes with the buyer if the buyer does not reject.
  • For the duration of the negotiations out-of-court settlement, the limitation periods under the Civil Code would not even begin running, unless one of the parties expressly rejects to continue in the negotiations.
  • Compliance with the duties under the Act no. 634/1992 Coll., consumer protection , as amended, is performed by Czech Trade Inspection ( www.coi.cz ).
